Free text where structured buttons would work
Inline keyboards exist for a reason. A bot that makes someone type an answer it then has to guess at is worse than one that just asks.

TELEGRAM · CHANNELS, GROUPS AND BOTS
Telegram is not just another messaging app. Channels for broadcast, groups for community, inline keyboards, buttons attached to a message so a customer taps a choice instead of typing free text, and payments that never leave the conversation.
The Bot API is Telegram's own official interface for building automated accounts, open and free to use rather than gated behind a business approval process. A build here runs on that API directly, using the interaction patterns the platform was actually built for rather than treating it like a second WhatsApp.
WHAT ACTUALLY BREAKS
Four problems specific to this platform, not generic bot complaints with the word Telegram swapped in.
Inline keyboards exist for a reason. A bot that makes someone type an answer it then has to guess at is worse than one that just asks.
Sending the same announcement as an individual message to everyone is the wrong tool when a channel does it once, to a whole subscriber list.
A group is where coordination actually happens for a lot of audiences. Not being there is not neutral, it is absent.
Telegram supports payment inside the chat. Redirecting to an external page is an extra step that loses people who were already committed.
WHAT WE BUILD
Four capabilities, sharing one data model rather than four separate tools stitched together after the fact.
PROOF
Not a demo. The exact number every visitor to this site can message right now.
The open, official API, not a workaround built around platform limitations.
Message us on Telegram and the reply comes back on the same app. [TBC: owner to set a Telegram username]
The same infrastructure, used on ourselves first.
WHAT IT COSTS
A range, not a fixed price, because how many flows it handles moves the number.
Third-party services are billed at cost. We do not mark up other people's software.
Usually toward the lower end for a single-purpose bot.
One channel, one or two jobs, shipped fast.
Code and integration, from handover.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The ones that come up on almost every call before a first message goes live.
A channel broadcasts one-to-many, for announcements and updates nobody needs to reply to. A group is many-to-many, for a community that talks to each other. A bot is the automated layer that can operate inside either, or answer someone directly, and the three are usually combined rather than chosen from.
Structured buttons that appear inside the chat itself, so a customer taps an option instead of typing a free-text answer a bot then has to interpret. It is faster, harder to get wrong, and it is a Telegram-specific interaction pattern we build around rather than working against.
Yes. Telegram has its own payment flow built into the conversation, so a customer can pay without leaving the chat or being redirected to a separate checkout page. It connects to the same payment infrastructure everything else we build uses.

A technical review covers speed, security, how search engines see your site, and what your current setup really costs each year. Two days, no charge, no obligation, and you keep the report whether or not you hire us.
Telegram sits alongside WhatsApp as the two channels we build bots for, each with its own page since the two work differently.
One tap, then your app opens with it written.
