SAAS AND DAAS PLATFORMS · DUBAI
SaaS sells the use of software by subscription. DaaS sells access to data by subscription. Trust Load, our US logistics ecosystem, is to be both at once.
Example data IN PLAIN WORDS
Both are paid by subscription. What the customer gets for it is different.
| SaaSSoftware as a service | DaaSData as a service | |

| The customer pays for | Using the software, by subscription | Access to data, by subscription |
| They reach it through | Screens they sign in to, in a browser or an app | An API or a data feed, usually without screens |

TRUST LOAD · BOTH AT ONCE
Trust Load is the US logistics ecosystem we co-founded. It holds loads, carriers, brokers, settlement and escrow in one system. That is the software side. Its data is planned as a service of its own.

Example data WHAT WE BUILD
Our own systems, and the survey platforms we built for clients.
US logistics ecosystem, with smart matching and smart recruiting. To be a SaaS and a DaaS at the same time.
Calls, video and messages for US businesses, in one app.
Units, tenancies, rent, maintenance, in one system.
CRM, marketplace, AI copilot, in one system.
We have built survey platforms for clients. The clients are not named.
HOW WE BUILD THEM
One process for every platform. The data side is added when the platform sells data too.
A platform that is both, as Trust Load is to be, gets steps 03 and 04 in the same build.
Decided from your answers: who pays, and for what. Software, data, or both from one system.
Multi-tenant for scale, single-tenant where a customer must be isolated.
Accounts, roles and the screens each kind of user works in.
Collection, cleaning and updates of the data, and the API that serves it.
You comment on a private copy. Speed, enterprise cybersecurity, function, QA and UX/UI are tested.
A working platform, then the next release.
SINGLE OR MULTI-TENANT
Described by behaviour, not by a score.
Built for one customer originally, then adapted to serve others without a real tenancy boundary designed in.
Scales cheaply, but a customer who needs real isolation has nowhere to go inside the same product.
The tenancy model chosen to match what each customer needs, not one answer applied to everyone.
WHAT IT COSTS
A starting price, because the tenancy model, the data side and the integrations move the number.
| Price | From |
|---|---|
| Time | 2–6 weeks from brief to a working MVP. |
| Ownership | You own the code, the server and the data from handover. |
| Other software | Third-party infrastructure and services are billed at cost. We do not mark up other people's software. |
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The ones that come up before we get to the specifics of your platform.
SaaS, software as a service, is software a customer uses by subscription instead of buying a copy. It runs on the provider’s servers, and people sign in through a browser or an app. The provider keeps it running and updated. Secureline (working name), our app for business calls, video and messages, is built as SaaS.
DaaS, data as a service, sells access to structured, maintained data by subscription, usually through an API rather than screens. The product is the ongoing work of collecting, cleaning and updating the data. A customer pays for data that stays accurate, not for software to work in.
Yes, and Trust Load, our US logistics ecosystem, is to be both. People work in it as software, and its data is planned as a service of its own. Trust Load is in closed testing. What its data service will offer is not published yet.
Yes, Gigagrams has built survey platforms for clients, alongside booking systems, recruiting CRMs and logistics systems. The clients are not named. A survey platform is SaaS when customers sign in to build and send surveys. It becomes DaaS when the answers are sold as data.
Multi-tenant means every customer shares the same running application and database, separated inside the system. Single-tenant gives each customer an isolated instance of their own. Multi-tenant costs less per customer. Single-tenant keeps one customer apart from every other, which matters when a client, a regulator or a contract requires it.

We ask one question at a time, and your answers become the brief. The tenancy model and the data side are decided from them.
SaaS platforms sit beside DaaS platforms, marketplaces and property systems as the larger platforms we build.
