Rebuild
WEBSITE REBUILD AND MIGRATION · DUBAI
You pay every month for a platform you did not build and cannot inspect. You pay again for the apps that make it usable, again for a retainer to keep it working, and again for someone to explain why it is slow. After three years you have spent more than the site was worth and own none of it.
We audit what you have for free, show you the real annual cost, and rebuild it so the code, the server and the data are yours. Rankings carry across intact.
STEP ZERO
Two days from the moment we have your web address. No call required, no obligation, and you keep the report whether or not you hire us.
Google PageSpeed on mobile and desktop, page weight in megabytes, and the specific elements costing you the most. Numbers you can re-run yourself.
Security headers, plugin and theme inventory with known vulnerabilities, SSL configuration, and whether your admin login is reachable by anyone who looks.
Indexation, broken pages, missing structured data, duplicate content, and which of your pages are getting impressions but no clicks.
Every subscription, licence and retainer added together, with the three-year total. Most owners have never seen this number in one place.
If the honest answer is that you do not need a rebuild, the report says so.
BEFORE WE MOVE ANYTHING
This is the part most migrations get wrong. Without these four, rankings and history are lost and nobody notices until traffic has gone.
To inventory every page, field, product and media file, and to see how content is actually structured rather than how it appears.
The single most important one. It tells us which pages rank, for what, and which have earned authority we must not break. Without it we are migrating blind.
Which pages actually get traffic, where visitors come from, and where they leave. It decides what gets rebuilt first and what quietly gets dropped.
Every tracking tag, pixel and script currently firing, so nothing your marketing depends on disappears in the move.
HOW IT RUNS
Everything happens in your own workspace. You see each step as it moves, with a maximum of three review rounds per milestone.
We test speed, security, indexation and total cost of ownership, and send a written report. No call needed to start.
We map every page, keyword, ranking and traffic source that has to survive the move, and write down what gets kept, merged or dropped. You approve the list before anything is built.
The new site goes up on a private link you can open any time. Every change is validated automatically, so nothing broken ever reaches your preview.
Every old address is pointed at its new one. Content, products and media move with checks on both sides. You approve the map before we touch anything live.
DNS cutover with the old site still standing. If anything is wrong we revert in one command. We watch Search Console daily for the first two weeks.
Code, servers, domains and data transfer into your name. We record a training session so your team can edit without calling anyone.
THE PROMISE, PRECISELY
Five promises. Each one is something you can check, and each says what we do if we fall short.
We map every URL we can find in your analytics, Search Console and sitemap. If an old indexed address returns a 404 after the switch because we missed it, we fix it at our cost within 24 hours.
Your current site stays live until the new one is ready. The domain switches last, with rollback ready — see step 5.
We keep your previous site restorable for 30 days after the switch.
Speed, indexed addresses, redirect coverage, measured before we touch anything and again after launch. You get both numbers whether they flatter us or not.
Critical — the site is down, or payments or forms are failing — within 24 hours. Everything else within 48 hours.
What this does not cover: content you change after handover, an outage at a third party such as your payment provider or DNS host, scope added after sign-off, and movement in search results caused by your own content or by a change at the search engine. We will tell you which of these it is, with the measurement that shows it.
MEASURED, NOT CLAIMED
Starting scores recorded before we touched anything. Where a rebuild is still running, the after column stays empty until it is real.
Seasonal booking traffic, almost all of it on phones on hotel wifi. Page weight was losing bookings before the gallery had finished loading.
Eleven plugins, three of them doing the same job. Checkout failed on certain card types and the owner had no way to see it happening.
Audited 14 August 2026 before work began: 34 / 71 / 75 / 68 and security headers graded F. Measured again on 27 September 2026 on the live static site: 99 / 100 / 100 / 100.
Every score links to a live Google PageSpeed test. We have no control over the result.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES
For a simple brochure site a template is fine, and we will tell you so. This is about everything that holds customer data, takes payments or has to be found.
| What you have now | What we build | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | Platform, apps, licences, retainer | Hosting only, a few dollars |
| Code ownership | Licensed to you, not yours | Yours, in your repository |
| Speed | 3–6MB pages, 2–4 second loads | Under 300KB, under half a second |
| Attack surface | Every plugin is another way in | No plugins. Nothing we did not write |
| Updates | Break on someone else's schedule | Nothing to update. Nothing to break |
| Arabic or second language | A translation plugin over a left-to-right design | Built into the system, right-to-left properly |
| Leaving | Start over somewhere else | You already have everything |

BY INDUSTRY
A property portal fails differently from a clinic booking page. Each of these covers the specific problems of that industry.
If yours is not listed, the process is the same. Ask.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The first one is what everybody is really worried about.
No, provided the migration is done properly. We map every old web address to its new one, preserve page titles and structure where they already work, and keep your Search Console history. Rankings usually recover within two to four weeks and often improve, because the new site is faster and cleaner for search engines to read.
Admin access to the current site, plus Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console. We need all four to map existing keywords, rankings, traffic sources and user behaviour, so nothing valuable is lost in the move and domain authority carries across intact.
Between
They stop. There is no platform subscription, no app or plugin licence and no builder fee on a site we build. You pay for hosting, which is usually a few dollars a month, and an optional care plan. Third-party services are billed at cost with no markup.
Sometimes. If the problem is images, caching or a handful of plugins, a speed rescue in three to five days is the honest answer and we will say so. If the slowness comes from the platform itself, optimising it is temporary and the cost returns. The audit tells you which situation you are in.
You can, or we can. The code is yours and any competent developer can work on it, because there is nothing proprietary in it. If you want us to keep monitoring and updating, a care plan runs quarterly rather than monthly, because a custom build needs far less attention than a plugin stack.
Refunds, defect remedies, data processing, service levels and the rest, each its own short page.
Two days, no charge, no obligation, and you keep the report whether or not you hire us. If the honest answer is that you do not need a rebuild, we will say so.
One tap, then your app opens with it written.
