FREE TECHNICAL AUDIT · TWO DAYS

Send us your address. We will tell you what is wrong.

A written report covering speed, security, how search engines see you, and what your current setup really costs each year. No charge, no card, no obligation, and no call required to start.

You keep the report either way. Hand it to your current developer if you want. We do not mark it confidential and we do not ask for anything in return.

Your industry — so we test the right things

What is it built on? — if you know

We will not add you to a mailing list, call you unprompted, or pass your details anywhere. One report, one email, and that is the end of it unless you write back.

WHAT GETS TESTED

Four areas, all of them measurable

Everything here is tested from outside your site. No access and no passwords needed for the standard audit.

SPEED

How fast it actually is

Not an opinion. Google's own measurements on a mid-range phone, which is what most of your visitors are using.

  • PageSpeed score, mobile and desktop
  • Total page weight in megabytes
  • Time to first byte from Dubai
  • Largest element delaying the load
  • Unused code being downloaded anyway
SECURITY

What is exposed

The things an attacker checks first, and which most sites in this region fail without ever being told.

  • Security header grade
  • Plugin and theme inventory
  • Known vulnerabilities in what you run
  • SSL and certificate configuration
  • Whether your admin login is publicly reachable
SEARCH

How Google sees you

Whether your pages can be found, understood and shown properly in results.

  • Pages indexed against pages published
  • Broken links and dead pages
  • Missing or wrong structured data
  • Duplicate titles and descriptions
  • Mobile usability failures
COST

The full annual figure

Every subscription, licence and retainer in one place. Most owners have never seen this total.

  • Platform and hosting subscriptions
  • Apps, plugins and their licences
  • Maintenance and support retainers
  • Three-year projection at current rate
  • What the same thing costs owned

WHAT LANDS IN YOUR INBOX

A written report, not a sales deck

Every finding names the specific problem and the specific fix, so it is usable by whoever maintains your site now.

Technical audit — example findingsTYPICAL WORDPRESS SITE · 14 PAGES
01
Page weight: 4.1 MB on the homepage

Nine uncompressed images totalling 3.2 MB. Converting to WebP and resizing to display dimensions removes 2.9 MB.

CRITICAL
02
No security headers configured

Grade F on securityheaders.com. Missing CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options. A server configuration change, not a development task.

CRITICAL
03
Three plugins with known vulnerabilities

Named, with CVE references and current versions. Two have patches available. One is abandoned and has no fix.

CRITICAL
04
Eleven plugins, four doing overlapping work

Two caching plugins conflicting, two SEO plugins both writing meta tags. Removing four would speed the site and reduce risk.

HIGH
05
212 pages published, 96 indexed by Google

116 pages invisible in search. Cause identified: no canonical tags and a blocked directory in robots.txt.

HIGH
06
Admin login reachable at the default address

Receiving automated attempts daily. Rate limiting and relocation would stop this in under an hour.

HIGH
07
Annual cost of ownership: 31,200$8,508€7,493

Full breakdown by line item, with the three-year projection and what the equivalent owned build would cost.

FINDING
08
Recommendation

In plain language: rebuild, targeted fixes, or leave it alone. With reasons, and with the cheapest option named first.

VERDICT
Delivered as a PDF by email. No portal to log into, no gated download, no follow-up sequence.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER

Three possible outcomes, and one of them costs you nothing

These are roughly the proportions across the audits we have run. We publish them because most vendors would rather you assumed every audit ends in a sale.

~⅓

You do not need a rebuild

The site is fundamentally sound and the problems are fixable in place. We say so in writing and tell you what to fix first. Many people take that report to their existing developer, which is exactly what it is for.

~⅓

A targeted fix is enough

Images, caching, headers, a handful of plugins. Three to five days of work rather than a rebuild. Cheaper for you and faster for us, and it is the honest recommendation when the foundation is fine.

~⅓

The platform itself is the problem

The slowness and the exposure come from the stack, not from configuration. Optimising it buys a few months and the cost returns. That is when a rebuild is the right answer, and only then.

What a rebuild involves

Process, timeline, what we need from you, and what it costs.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION

Why would anyone do this for free?

Because it qualifies both sides in two days instead of three meetings.

FOR YOU

You find out whether we know anything

A report full of specific findings with specific fixes tells you more about a vendor than any portfolio or sales call. If it is vague, you have learned something useful and it cost you nothing.

FOR US

We find out whether we can help

Two days of testing tells us whether your problem is one we can actually solve. It is far cheaper than discovering that halfway through a paid engagement, for both of us.

THE RULE BEHIND IT

We do not sell what you do not need

It is rule one of our published practice standard. A bad doctor prescribes expensive medicine nobody needs. The audit is how we avoid becoming one, and it is why a third of them end in us recommending nothing.

Read the practice standard

Six published rules, dated, and not open to negotiation.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What people ask before sending us a link

Mostly variations on the same question: what is the catch.

Yes. There is no charge, no card required and no obligation to work with us afterwards. The written report is yours to keep, and you are free to hand it to another developer. We do this because it qualifies both sides honestly: we find out whether we can help you, and you find out whether we know what we are talking about.

Just your web address. Everything in the standard audit is tested from outside your site, so no access or passwords are needed. If you also grant read access to Google Search Console and Analytics, we can add ranking and traffic analysis, but that is optional.

Two working days from the moment we have your web address. You receive a written PDF report by email. No discovery call is required beforehand, though we are happy to walk you through the findings afterwards if you want.

Only if the report supports it. Roughly a third of the audits we run conclude that a rebuild is not the right answer, and we say so in writing. If the problem is images, caching or a handful of plugins, a short fix is the honest recommendation and we will tell you that instead.

Yes, and many clients do. The report names specific problems with specific fixes, so it is directly usable by whoever maintains your site now. We do not mark it confidential and we do not ask for anything in return.

Yes. For a platform, a marketplace or an internal system the audit covers the same four areas plus architecture, database structure and integration points. It takes three to four days rather than two, and it is still free.

Two days. One report. No obligation.

If the honest answer is that your site is fine, that is what the report will say. We would rather lose the project than sell you the wrong one.
