WHITE LABEL PARTNERSHIPS · BY TERRITORY

A working business, not a build project.

If you already understand a market, the hard part was never the software. It was the eighteen months and the engineering team you would need before finding out whether it works.

We have already built the platform and we already run it. You license it under your own brand, in your own territory, and start selling in weeks rather than years.

Who does whatAgreed in writing before anything starts
YOUThe brand

Your name, your domain, your look. Customers never see ours.

WEThe engineering

Servers, code, updates, uptime. You never hire a developer.

YOUThe market

Pricing, sales, marketing, customer relationships. All yours.

WEThe platform roadmap

Every improvement we ship reaches every partner.

YOUThe territory

Exclusive, written, and we do not enter it.

WEThe incidents

Monitoring and response, around the clock.

The line between the two never moves during the partnership. You are buying a running system, not renting a relationship.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Not a franchise, not a reseller deal, not buying software

Those three get confused constantly, and the differences decide whether the arrangement is worth anything to you.

NOT A FRANCHISE

No operating manual, no cut of everything

A franchise sells you rules about how to run your business and takes a percentage of all of it. We have no view on your pricing, your staff or your marketing. The platform is infrastructure, not a business model we impose on you.

NOT RESELLING

It carries your brand, not ours

A reseller sells someone else's product with someone else's name on it. Here the domain, the logo, the emails and the app all say your company. Your customers are yours, not leads we borrowed you.

NOT BUYING SOFTWARE

You are not left holding code

Buying a codebase means inheriting a maintenance problem and needing engineers from day one. You get an operating platform that stays maintained, because we run it for every partner rather than handing it over and leaving.

WHAT IT IS

Infrastructure with a territory attached

We supply and operate the technology. You hold the commercial business in an agreed region. Two parties, two clear jobs, one written boundary between them.

AVAILABLE FOR PARTNERSHIP

Five platforms, at different stages

Where a platform is still being built or tested, we say so. Early partners get first territory and a say in what gets built next.

IN TESTING — TERRITORIES OPEN NOW

Micro Property Rentals

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Units, tenancies, rent collection, maintenance requests and owner reporting. Built for bed-space and shared-rental operators as much as for traditional landlords.

CLOSED TESTINGTERRITORIES OPEN

Real Estate CRM

CRM · MARKETPLACE · AI COPILOT

Zero-friction agency CRM with a property marketplace and TEZZ assistance. Daily work lives on a phone behind four buttons, with the data layer running behind it.

PLANNEDREGISTER INTEREST
Or propose a platform that does not exist yet

If you know a market and the software for it has not been built, we will research it before writing any code.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS

What you pay, and what you never pay for

Figures are set per platform and per territory, because a market of two million behaves nothing like a market of eighty million.

WHAT YOU PAY

Agreed in the partnership discussion

Branding, configuration, payment and local integrations, data migration if you have existing records, and launch. The terms are agreed in the partnership discussion.

  • Ongoing terms set by market size and exclusivity
  • Third-party services billed at cost, never marked up
  • No charge for platform updates, ever
WHAT YOU NEVER PAY FOR

The expensive half of running software

Everything that makes owning a platform costly stays on our side of the line. This is the part most operators underestimate until they have tried it.

  • Development team salaries
  • Servers, monitoring and security tooling
  • New features and platform improvements
  • Incident response at three in the morning
  • The eighteen months before revenue starts
Ask for figures on a specific territory

We give a written number after understanding the market, not before.

HONEST QUALIFICATION

This works for some people and not for others

We would rather you read the right column and walk away than spend three months finding out together.

✓This fits you if

  • You already know a market and have relationships in it
  • You can sell, and the bottleneck is having something to sell
  • You want a business you own, not a job at someone else's company
  • You are comfortable that the technology decisions are not yours
  • You can commit to a territory rather than testing five at once
  • You want to be live in weeks, not after a development cycle

✕This does not fit you if

  • You want to own and modify the source code yourself
  • You are looking for a passive investment with no operator
  • You want exclusive rights to a whole continent on day one
  • Your plan depends on features that do not exist yet and cannot wait
  • You want us to run the sales and marketing as well
  • You are looking for the cheapest possible software rather than a business

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO LAUNCH

Six steps, and two of them are us saying no

Most enquiries stop at step two. That is the process working, not failing.

01

First conversation

Which platform, which territory, and what you already run there. Twenty minutes, and we will tell you on the call if it is obviously not a fit.

SAME WEEK
02

Market research, on our side

We study market size, how money moves in that sector locally, regulation and payment rails. Most proposals fail here. We would rather decline early than build something that cannot work in your country.

1–2 WEEKS
NO CHARGE
03

Written terms

Territory boundaries, ongoing arrangement, exit terms and notice period. All of it in writing before either side commits anything.

1 WEEK
04

Configuration and branding

Your domain, your identity, your languages, local payment and delivery integrations, and your data migrated if you have existing records.

2–5 WEEKS
PLATFORM DEPENDENT
05

Soft launch with your first customers

A controlled group first, so problems surface with people who forgive them. You get direct access to the engineer running your instance.

2–4 WEEKS
06

Open and running

You sell. We monitor, patch and improve. Every platform update reaches your instance without you asking or paying for it.

ONGOING

SPECIALISED BUILDS

Propose a platform that does not exist yet

You know a market. We know how to build for it. Neither of us should be guessing about the other half.

HOW IT STARTS

You bring the market knowledge

What the sector does today, where money is lost, what everyone tolerates because no alternative exists. The things only someone inside an industry knows.

RESEARCH FIRST

We study it before writing code

Market size, money flow, regulation, existing competition and what it would take to reach a profitable scale. We publish the finding to you either way, including when it is negative.

IF IT HOLDS UP

We build, you get first territory

We carry the build cost and own the platform. You get first refusal on your territory and preferential terms for bringing it. Other territories are then licensed to other partners.

Propose a platform

Tell us the industry and the country. We will tell you within two weeks whether it is worth building.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What partners ask before signing anything

The data ownership one and the exit one are the two that matter most. Both are answered in writing in the agreement.

We build and operate the platform. A regional partner licenses it under their own brand and domain, runs the commercial business in their territory, and keeps the customer relationship. The partner carries no build cost, no engineering risk and no maintenance team, and we do not compete inside their agreed territory.

A franchise sells you an operating manual and takes a cut of everything. A reseller agreement gives you someone else's branded product to sell. Here the platform carries your brand, your domain and your pricing, the customer relationship is entirely yours, and we take no role in how you run the business.

You do. Customer records, transactions and content generated in your territory belong to your business and can be exported in full at any time. We process that data to run the platform and for nothing else. One partner's data is never used to improve another partner's business.

You take your data with you in full, in standard formats, and the agreement ends on the notice period written into it. There is no penalty clause designed to trap you. If the partnership stops working for either side, the exit terms are agreed at the start rather than argued about later.

Yes. If you know a market well and the platform for it has not been built, we will research it. We study market size, money flow and regulation before writing any code. Most proposals fail that stage, which is the point. Where the research supports it we build the platform, you license it, and you get first territory.

An ongoing arrangement agreed per platform and per territory. The figures depend on market size and exclusivity, so they are set in the partnership discussion rather than published. You carry no development cost and no engineering salaries.

Branding, language, currency, pricing rules and local integrations are all configured for your territory. The underlying product is shared, which is exactly why it stays maintained and keeps improving. If you need something built specifically for your market, that is a separate conversation and often a good one.

The agreement includes source escrow and a continuity clause, so a partner is never left with a platform nobody can run. The full terms are in the partnership agreement and we are happy to discuss them before you sign anything.

Tell us the platform and the territory.

Twenty minutes on a call, then two weeks of research at our cost. If your market does not support it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a licence.
