Effective 16 September 2026. These terms cover use of this website. They are separate from the signed agreement that governs any project we build for you, which takes precedence over this page for that work.

The design, text, code and structure of this website belong to Gigagrams, except where a third-party mark or logo is shown to identify a client or platform we describe. You may read, link to and reference this site. You may not copy the design or the site's own code for commercial use without asking first.
What this site is, and is not
This site describes what we build, what we have built, and what things cost in general terms. Figures shown, including the interactive cost calculator, are illustrative and do not constitute a quote. A real quote is scoped in writing, specific to your project, before any work begins.
No guarantee of outcome from using this site
We publish measurements rather than claims wherever we can, including scores that can score badly. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a specific result will apply to your own situation. Defect-remedy terms for work we actually deliver are set out in refund and cancellation and in the signed agreement for that project.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it. The separate acceptable use policy covers what we will build or host for a client; this section covers use of gigagrams.com itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, where Gigagrams is registered.
