Privacy policy
Effective 2 October 2026. Gigagrams (Marina Plaza, Office 2502B, Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE) is the company this policy describes.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The forms on this site do not send anything to our server: each one writes a message that you then send yourself, from your own email app to build@gigagrams.com or hello@gigagrams.com, or from WhatsApp to our number. So we receive exactly what that message contains, plus your email address or WhatsApp number as the sender.
- Free technical audit: your website address, the email address for the report, your industry and current platform if you choose them, and whether you can give read access to Search Console and Analytics.
- Start a project: your answers to the four or five questions of the path you choose (what you need, how it is used, what it connects to, timing, or what is broken and how urgent it is), and the email address for the written answer.
- Get updates: the topics you tick (company news, new white-label territories, offers).
- Message us, email or WhatsApp: whatever you write.
We do not collect data through hidden tracking, browser fingerprinting or third-party pixels, because none run on this site.
Why we collect it
To do the thing you asked for: run the audit, answer the enquiry, or follow up on a project brief. If you opt into the newsletter, we use your email for exactly the three categories described in the anti-spam policy and nothing else.
How visits are counted
Visits are counted on our own server, never by Google Analytics or any other third party. For each request the server logs the time, the page, the page you came from, your browser type and your IP address. That raw log is kept for 48 hours, then deleted. What stays afterwards is daily totals only: page views, an estimate of how many different people visited, the pages read, the type of device, the websites that linked here, campaign tags, and how often a few buttons and steps were used (WhatsApp, email, the project brief, updates, the globe's full view). The totals identify nobody. Different visitors are told apart with a code that changes every day and is never written down.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours also processes IP addresses to block automated and abusive requests: scanners, floods and known bad bots. That security log (IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time) is kept for 14 days, then deleted. A separate count of blocked requests keeps only the time, the site and the answer given, with no IP address.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or any browser storage API to track visitors, and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps two settings you choose here, the light or dark theme and the currency prices are shown in; neither identifies you, and neither is sent to us. The full detail is in the cookie policy.
Sharing
We do not sell, share or rent your address or any information you give us. Where a third-party service is genuinely part of delivering what you asked for, such as a payment processor for a project you commission, that is disclosed at the point it becomes relevant, not buried here in advance of it applying.
Retention
We keep what you give us for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@gigagrams.com. We reply within our published support hours.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it.
