Anti-spam policy
Effective 16 September 2026. We never send marketing email. No sequences, no drip campaigns, no third parties. This page states exactly what we do send, and how to stop it.
What you can opt into
Three separate categories, each its own checkbox, none checked by default except the first:
- New platform launches — when a system goes live or opens for testing
- White label territories — when a platform opens for partnership in a new region
- Press releases — company announcements only, a few times a year at most
What we do not send
No automated drip sequence after you enquire. No "just checking in" follow-ups. No content sold or shared to a third party for their own marketing. If you write to us, we reply to that message. We do not add you to a list because you wrote to us.
How to stop it
One click unsubscribes, from any of our emails, permanently. No login, no survey, no "are you sure" step designed to keep you subscribed.
Transactional messages are different
If you request the free technical audit or start a project with us, we send the specific replies that request requires, such as the written report or a project brief. Those are not marketing and are not covered by the newsletter opt-ins above, because you asked for them directly.
Reporting misuse
If you believe an email claiming to be from Gigagrams does not match what is described here, forward it to hello@gigagrams.com.
