Built, maintained, and held in escrow
The platform code runs your instance, gets every update and fix the moment it ships, and is held in source escrow so you are never left with nothing if we stop operating. You do not edit it directly.
Everything below is ours and on our servers. Nothing follows you to another site.

WHITE LABEL · WHAT YOU GET
"Partnership" is doing a lot of work in most licensing pitches, standing in for whatever the two sides eventually decide to agree to. Here it means five specific, nameable things: the code running your instance, the servers it runs on, your data, your brand on top of it, and the console your own staff actually use to do the work.
You are buying a running system, not renting a relationship.
THE FIVE THINGS
Each one is a specific commitment, not a feature list that changes depending on who you ask.
The platform code runs your instance, gets every update and fix the moment it ships, and is held in source escrow so you are never left with nothing if we stop operating. You do not edit it directly.
Infrastructure, uptime monitoring and security patching stay entirely on our side. You never hire an engineer, never manage a server, and never get paged when something breaks at 3am.
Customer records, transactions and content generated in your territory belong to your business. We process it to run the platform and for nothing else, and it can be exported in full at any time.
Customers see your company on every screen, every email and every invoice. Nothing on the platform reveals who built or operates it underneath.
The real operating interface, agents managing leads and listings, or a property team managing units and tenancies, depending on the platform, branded as yours, used by your staff every day.
EQUALLY HONEST
Said plainly here rather than discovered midway through a partnership.
Source code you can take and modify yourself. Control over the platform's engineering or infrastructure decisions. Sole influence over the product roadmap, which is shared across every partner running the same platform. If any of those three is what you actually want, a custom build fits better than a white label licence, and it is worth saying so before either side spends time on the wrong conversation.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The ones that come up once the five things above raise a follow-up.
A running system. The code is built, maintained and updated on your behalf, and it is held in source escrow so you are never left stranded if we stop operating, but day-to-day you are not editing it yourself. If owning and modifying source code directly is what you actually want, a white label partnership is not the right fit, and a custom build is.
The actual operating interface of the platform itself, the tool your own staff log into every day to do the real work: agents managing leads and listings, or a property team managing units and tenancies, depending on which platform you license. It is your operational tool, not an engineering dashboard, and your customers and staff only ever see your brand on it.
Yes, and it becomes a separate conversation. If it is broadly useful, it can go on the shared platform roadmap and reach every partner once shipped. If it is specific to your market, it is scoped and priced as its own piece of work, distinct from the standard licensing arrangement.
We are, entirely. Servers, monitoring, security patching and incident response stay on our side of the line for the life of the partnership. You never hire an engineer, never get paged at three in the morning, and never have to decide which server to scale.
Twenty minutes on a call, then two weeks of research at our cost. If your market does not support it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a licence.
One tap, then your app opens with it written.
