We do not license the same platform inside your territory
Once your territory is agreed, no other partner is licensed to run the same platform there for the life of your agreement. That boundary does not move without your involvement.
Everything below is ours and on our servers. Nothing follows you to another site.

WHITE LABEL · TERRITORIES
A territory is the specific market, most often a country, where a partner holds the exclusive right to run a licensed platform under their own brand, and where we agree not to license the same platform to anyone else or compete with it ourselves. It is defined explicitly, in writing, before launch, not assumed from how the conversation happened to go.
WHAT EXCLUSIVITY ACTUALLY MEANS
Not a verbal understanding. Both sides sign the same specific terms.
Once your territory is agreed, no other partner is licensed to run the same platform there for the life of your agreement. That boundary does not move without your involvement.
Exclusivity applies to us as well as to other potential partners. We do not run the same platform, or a version of it, inside a territory you hold, under any brand.
WHAT DEFINES A TERRITORY
The specifics that actually get written into the agreement.
HONEST LIMITS
Realistic scope protects the partnership, not just us.
Exclusivity is granted for a territory a partner can actually operate in and has committed to developing, not a broad claim staked out speculatively. A strong track record running one territory well is the realistic path to being offered a second, not an automatic expansion clause written in at the start. This is the same qualification covered on the main white label page: a partnership built around testing five markets at once is not what this model is for.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The ones that come up before anyone signs anything.
Whatever is agreed and written into the partnership agreement before launch, most often a country, sometimes a defined region within a very large market. There is no default size. It is set explicitly for the platform and market discussed in the first conversation, not assumed from a template.
It covers both, and the agreement says so explicitly rather than leaving it ambiguous. A dispute over whether another partner's website reaching into your territory violates your exclusivity is exactly the kind of thing that should never come up, because it was already settled in writing before either partnership started.
No, not on day one. Exclusivity is granted for a specific, defined territory you can actually operate in, not a broad claim on markets you have not yet demonstrated you can run. A strong track record in one territory is the realistic path to being offered more.
That is a new conversation, evaluated the same way the first one was: market research, written terms, its own arrangement. An existing partnership in good standing is a genuine advantage in that conversation, but it is not an automatic right.
Twenty minutes on a call, then two weeks of research at our cost. If your market does not support it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a licence.
One tap, then your app opens with it written.
