A watersports booking site, rebuilt from WordPress to static. 31 out of 100 at 4.1MB, to 100 out of 100 on mobile, measured 9 October 2026. Live at sharkjetski.online since 5 October 2026. Seasonal booking traffic, almost all of it on phones over hotel wifi, where page weight was losing bookings before the gallery had finished loading.
What this is
A client project on WordPress, rebuilt to a static site once the page weight was identified as the actual cause of lost bookings rather than a design problem. The before score was measured before any work began, the same way every score on this site is published.
