Subprocessors

Effective 2 October 2026. The named third-party services that may process data on our behalf as part of a build or an operated platform, kept current here rather than buried in a separate agreement nobody rereads.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Stripe

Card storage, PCI compliance, fraud screening and settlement on any build that takes payments.

HOSTING

DigitalOcean

The servers our sites, staging sites and the client sites we operate run on, in DigitalOcean's Frankfurt data centre, Germany.

ONE CONTACT FORM

Cloudflare (Workers)

Runs the contact form of one client site we operate until that form moves to our own server. Cloudflare is not in front of any of our sites.

EMAIL DELIVERY

Resend

Delivers the messages from that same contact form to the client's inbox, until the form moves to our own server.

WHATSAPP MESSAGING

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)

Template approval, number verification and message delivery for WhatsApp Business API integrations built directly against Meta's platform.

ANALYTICS AND SEARCH DATA

Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)

Used during a migration or ongoing operation, with access granted through the platform's own invitation system, never by password sharing.

Which of these apply to a given project

Not every project uses every service on this list. Stripe is used on any build that takes payments. DigitalOcean hosts every site we operate. Cloudflare Workers and Resend carry one client site's contact form today, and stop when that form moves to our own server. The WhatsApp Business Platform is used on messaging and smart bot builds specifically. Google's tools are used only where a migration or an existing analytics setup requires them, and access is requested through the platform's own invitation system rather than shared as a password.

Third-party costs

Where a subprocessor charges for usage, payment processing fees, messaging costs and similar, that cost is billed at cost, never marked up.

Changes to this list

If a new subprocessor is added for a specific engagement, it is named in that engagement's own agreement. This page reflects the services used across projects generally and is updated when that general list changes.
