A CRM, a listing site and a spreadsheet, unconnected
A listing entered in three places, a lead tracked in one tool and followed up in another, rent reconciled by hand.
Everything below is ours and on our servers. Nothing follows you to another site.

Rebuild
PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE SYSTEMS
A property system covers a CRM for leads and deals, a public listing marketplace, and tenancy and rent management. Connected to the same underlying data instead of running as separate tools, so a listing is not entered three times and a lead does not go cold because nobody followed up.
We run two of these ourselves: Real Estate CRM, in build, and Micro Property Rentals, in closed operational testing with limited participants. Neither is a theoretical category to us.
THE RANGE OF PRACTICE
Described by behaviour, not by a score.
A listing entered in three places, a lead tracked in one tool and followed up in another, rent reconciled by hand.
The CRM and marketplace share data, but tenancy and rent tracking still live in a separate spreadsheet.
A listing, a lead and a tenancy all visible from the same record, entered once, updated everywhere.
WHAT IT COSTS
A range, not a fixed price, because which parts are included moves the number.
Third-party services are billed at cost. We do not mark up other people's software.
Depending on which parts are included.
From brief to a working platform.
Code, server and data, from handover.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The ones that come up before we get to the specifics of your system.
A CRM for leads and deals, a public listing marketplace, and tenancy and rent management, connected to the same underlying data instead of running as separate tools. A listing entered once appears live, a tenant record stays linked to its unit, and a lead does not depend on one agent remembering it.
Separate tools mean a listing gets entered twice, a payment gets reconciled by hand against a spreadsheet, and a lead goes cold because nobody followed up. Connecting CRM, marketplace and tenancy data in one system removes the manual re-entry that is where most of that breaks down.
Yes. Real Estate CRM and Micro Property Rentals are both platforms we operate ourselves, at different stages, one in build with 30 trial places and 6 already taken, the other in closed operational testing with limited participants with a clickable demo available.

Property systems sit alongside marketplaces and SaaS platforms as the three larger platform categories we build, and two of them are systems we run ourselves.
