Our approach: the Gigagrams software development process

Updated

One process for every website and platform we build in Dubai and the United States. Built for people, at enterprise and professional level.

01

People write the brief

Built from your own answers, one question at a time. Not written by AI.

STEPS 01 AND 02

The brief comes from your answers

So we build the brief from the client's own answers, one question at a time. The answers become the brief, and both sides sign off on the same text.

01 · THE BRIEF

People write the brief

A brief written by AI often describes steps that differ from how people work in real life. We have seen such briefs lead to failed projects. This is a check of facts, not a rule against AI.

02 · THE PASSPORT

One question, one card

Each question sits on its own card. The client answers one card, then the next. Nobody has to guess what a long document meant.

BEFORE THE BUILD

We start from the problem

We do not look at other companies' platforms while we design a new one. This way, we copy nothing, even by accident.

  1. We study the pains of the people who will use the platform.
  2. We study what would be useful to them.
  3. We define every step and write down why it is needed.
  4. Only before the build do we compare with other products, to test our steps against real use.

Then the build. A company website assembled from a bare grid to a live page: type, components, content, checks, review pins, then the switch to live.

ON EVERY PROJECT

Three rules, none of them optional

Three rules apply to every Gigagrams project.

ZERO FRICTION

The fewest steps

Each task takes the fewest steps a person needs.

DIGITAL HYGIENE

Nothing unused stays

No unused code, accounts or data stay in a system.

ZERO TRUST

No standing access

Nobody gets standing access, including us. Access ends when the work ends.

STEP 03 · STAGING

You review the work on a staging address

A staging address is a private copy of the site that only the client and the team can open. The client can comment on any part of a page, from a phone, a tablet or a computer.

  • 3review rounds per milestone
  • Contractthe limit is agreed in advance and written into it

Our review tool on a staging page: each comment records the page, the device and its type.

STEP 04 · TESTS

Nothing ships untested

Every Gigagrams platform passes several kinds of stress tests before it goes live.

  • Speed
  • Enterprise cybersecurity
  • Function
  • Quality assurance (QA)
  • User experience and interface (UX/UI)

We publish a score only with its date and method. For example, the Panda ELD site scored 99 out of 100 for speed on 27 September 2026. Its score today, from our daily run:

Speed 100 desktop 98 phone Measured without a CDN · Google PageSpeed Insights,

Not fixed numbers: every site is re-measured each day with Google PageSpeed Insights, phone and desktop, and our Command Centre watches the results.

AI AND ENTERPRISE CYBERSECURITY

One approach, for clients and for ourselves

We practise it every day on our own systems.

THE CLIENT DECIDES

Where AI works

The client decides where AI works in their project, and can turn it off. We run our own systems by the same rule.

CLIENT DATA

No training on it

A model built for a client belongs to that client alone. It is never trained on another client’s data.

VERIFIED ANSWERS

Or a question

Our AI gives an answer only when the answer is verified. Otherwise it asks a question. People confirm each action.

RUNTIME

Threat detection

Runtime threat detection at system level watches what runs inside a system while it runs.

Our own AI Console

We built our own AI Console for our own work. We built it only after we studied in depth how such systems work. Access for clients may open later.

The AI Console prompt builder: goal, scope and format chosen with buttons, then sent in one step Planned
The standards we build to, and how each is assessed
SOC 2 · ISO/IEC 27001We build to these controls; each client certifies its own system.
ISO/IEC 42001AI work is built against these controls, self-assessed.
NIST CSFTier 3 (Repeatable), self-assessed. Target: Tier 4 (Adaptive).
Our own siteZero trackers and no Google Analytics. We count visits on our own server, as numbers only, with no names.
We never claim that a system is safe from all attacks. No such system exists. We publish measures instead. How we secure systems

FAIR PRICES, FAIR COMPETITION

Never a price below cost

We believe healthy competition moves an industry forward.

Gigagrams never sets a price below cost to push other companies out. Our charter and our internal rules forbid it. We do not build tools or platforms made for that purpose.

When one of our prices is low, the reason is research, efficient work and a cost we have calculated. If a platform of ours starts to look like price-cutting, we change its course.

STEPS 05 AND 06

After launch

90 DAYS

Defects fixed at our cost

Defects in our own work are fixed at our cost for 90 days after launch. After that, a care plan covers the work.

30 DAYS

The old site stays ready

When we rebuild a site, the old site stays ready to restore for 30 days after the switch.

DAY ONE

You own everything

You own everything from day one.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions about our approach

No, Gigagrams builds every brief from answers that people give. A brief written by AI often describes steps that differ from how people work in real life. We have seen such briefs lead to failed projects. You can still use AI for your own notes. We then ask you one question at a time, and your answers become the project passport.

No, Gigagrams does not train AI on client data. A model built for a client belongs to that client alone. It is never trained on another client's data. The client also decides where AI works in their project and can turn it off. We run our own systems by the same rule.

Yes, Gigagrams builds to SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 controls; each client certifies its own system. Gigagrams does not issue a certificate for a client's system. AI work is built against ISO/IEC 42001 controls, self-assessed. Our security practice is self-assessed at NIST CSF Tier 3, with Tier 4 as the target.

You review it on a private staging address that only you and our team can open. You can comment on any part of any page, from a phone, a tablet or a computer. Each milestone has up to three review rounds. The limit is agreed in advance and written into your contract.

Start with the first question.

We ask one question at a time, and your answers become the project passport.
