Leads and listings in one record
Nothing depends on one agent remembering a conversation. Every lead, listing and follow-up lives in the same system rather than scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.

WHITE LABEL · REAL ESTATE CRM
Real Estate CRM keeps every lead, listing and conversation in one system, connected to a public marketplace so a listing entered once appears live without re-entering it elsewhere, with an AI copilot drafting descriptions and chasing quiet leads. It is currently in build, running with early trial agencies, thirty trial places, six already taken, and a white label territory licensed now joins at that early stage, not once it is already finished.
WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES
The problem it replaces, not a feature list.
Nothing depends on one agent remembering a conversation. Every lead, listing and follow-up lives in the same system rather than scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.
A listing entered once in the CRM appears live on the public marketplace connected to it, without being separately re-entered into a standalone website or portal.
Drafts listing descriptions, follows up on leads that have gone quiet, and surfaces which conversations need a human reply first, working from the same CRM data rather than a separate tool.
WHY EARLY MATTERS HERE
Consistent with the general white label position: where a platform is still being built, we say so plainly.
A territory licensed now launches on a platform that is real and running, with paying, working trial agencies already on it, but still being actively shaped. That means genuine input into what gets built next in exchange for joining before the product is fully mature. A partner who wants a finished, unchanging product from day one should wait; a partner who wants first territory and a hand in the roadmap should not.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
What being in build actually means for a territory partner.
It is currently in build, not fully live, though it is running with early trial agencies: 30 trial places, 6 already taken, with three months free for early participants. A white label territory licensed now launches as an early partner, not on a finished, mature product, and that trade-off is worth understanding before committing.
It keeps a record of every lead, listing and conversation in one place, connected to a public listing marketplace so a listing entered once appears live without being re-entered elsewhere. An AI copilot drafts listing descriptions and follows up on leads that have gone quiet, working from the same data rather than a separate tool bolted on.
First territory in your market and a genuine say in what gets built next, since the roadmap is still being shaped by exactly this kind of real usage. An early partner is closer to shaping the product than one joining once it is already mature and set.
The trial places are for an individual agency using the CRM directly. A white label territory is a different, larger commercial relationship: you license the whole platform, under your own brand, to run in your market, rather than using it as one agency among many.
Twenty minutes on a call, then two weeks of research at our cost. If your market does not support it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a licence.
