ATS and recruitment CRM integration over API
So vacancies publish from the system of record instead of being retyped into a website.
Everything below is ours and on our servers. Nothing follows you to another site.
Who
How we work
Rebuild
RECRUITMENT · WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
Two audiences with opposite needs, one website, and a CRM that will not talk to it. An employer wants to post a role in two minutes and a candidate wants to apply in one, and most recruitment sites are built as if only one of them exists.
WHAT ACTUALLY BREAKS
So vacancies publish from the system of record instead of being retyped into a website.
Candidate application with CV parsing, so a submission arrives as structured data rather than as an attachment somebody opens manually.
Which is what gets vacancies into Google Jobs.
From the first click, because the two need opposite things and a shared homepage serves neither.
Which is a legal obligation rather than a feature.
WHAT WE BUILD
A vacancy published once in the ATS is the same vacancy the job board syndicates and the same vacancy a candidate applies to through the portal. Four components that share one data model, not four separate tools stitched together after the fact.
PROOF
Two agencies, two CRMs, both integrated rather than replaced.
We built TASC's recruitment front end and back end with CRM API integration, and integrated AIQU with its own recruitment CRM.
Tested the same way as everything else we build.
WHAT IT COSTS
Depending on ATS integration and job board syndication.
10 with the integration.
Code, server and data, from handover.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Yes. The site connects to the ATS or recruitment CRM over API, so a vacancy created in the system of record publishes to the website and to job boards without anyone retyping it. Closing a role in the ATS closes it on the site at the same time.
CV parsing runs on submission, so an application arrives as structured fields your CRM can search and filter, not as an attachment someone has to open one at a time. The original file is kept too, but the parsed data is what your team actually works from.
Yes, by design. Employers and candidates get separate journeys from the first click, because posting a role and applying for one need opposite layouts and opposite calls to action. Neither audience has to wade through content meant for the other.
Two days, no charge, and you keep the report.
Recruitment sits alongside accounting and audit firms, both running two audiences through the same site and a CRM that has to stay in sync with it.
One tap, then your app opens with it written.
